Looting Begins in WV After 24 Hours Without Water | The Free Patriot

It's been reported that the National Guard has gone around and told stores not to sell water, because they need to round up as much as possible to take to hospitals first.

Also, allegedly the Foodland grocery store located on Spring Street in the City of Charleston has been looted and story employees have taken to blocking off all of the store's entrances by piling up the electric shopping carts so that would-be-looters cannot enter the store. The employees are said to be guarding the doors as well, from the inside, for their own safety.

Buying one of the last jugs of water at a Walmart store, Tina May, a Charleston resident, even considered heading out of town for the weekend. "I'm not sure how long I can last without a shower. This is unbearable," she said.
